Counselor's Corner
About Me
I am from Atlanta, Georgia. My husband is also an educator and coach. I enjoy spending time with my husband, sons, Hudson and Hunter, and daughter Kayla, cheering on my husband and his teams, and traveling.
I am a certified teacher in grades PK-5 and a certified in Guidance and Counseling Pk-12. I have been an educator for 17 years. I have a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southern University, a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Argosy University, and a Specialist Degree in Counseling and Supervision from The University of West Georgia. I am currently a doctoral candidate at The University of West Georgia pursuing a degree in Counseling and Supervision.
I use a solution-focused approach during sessions. My areas of interest include grief and loss, suicide and self-injurious behaviors, and anxiety.
